Methods of payment accepted include credit cards, visa debit cards and cash. Interac debit cards are not accepted.
Direct billing to third party insurances is not provided. After treatment, patients will be provided with an electronic invoice via email that can be used to submit claims to their insurance providers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations, no shows or changes to your appointment. Patients will be charged a late cancellation fee or no show fee of 100% of the missed appointment's cost.
ABOUT
My name is Cecilia Wong, I am a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy and have been a member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia since 2015.
I have worked with various large institutions such as GF Strong Rehabilitation Center, Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, BC Women’s Hospital, UBC Track and Field Team, and Multiple Sclerosis. This has allowed me to establish a strong therapeutic foundation in my treatments. In addition to my strong belief in Massage Therapy’s effectiveness as a safe and drug free solution to overall wellness, I enjoy educating my patients on simple ways to avoid future injury.
I have a keen interest with working with athletes. In July 2017, I joined the BC Bike Race Wellness team and traveled the route of a week long mountain bike race, treating riders from around the world. It was such a rewarding experience that I worked with the BC Bike Race Wellness team for 3 consecutive summers.
I enjoy trying out and doing a lot of different activities to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle and well-being. In my spare time, I like to hike and ride motorcycles in the summer and ski and snowboard in the winter. I also enjoy going to Oxygen Yoga for cardio and Pilates classes.
CLINIC LOCATION
Sapperton Massage Therapy is located inside the Harmony Laser and Skincare Clinic. There is free client parking available just outside the clinic. There are no receptionist on site, door will be unlocked 5 minutes before your appointment time.
If arriving by transit, Sapperton Massage Therapy is only a 10 minute walk from Sapperton Skytrain Station. From the station, head west on Keary Street for 210 meters (up the hill and past Royal Columbian Hospital), then turn right and walk along E. Columbia Street for 500 meters. The clinic is in the small business complex on the right next to Ikoi Sushi restaurant and Royal City Physio.
Please be aware that there is no receptionist on site. If the front door is locked then it means Cecilia is in a treatment with another patient. Please wait patiently outside the door or in your car. She will come to greet you when she becomes available and it is your appointment time.
